Shopping at the Durex eStore

Shopping at our eStore is very easy. Just keep adding your products to your shopping cart and once you are done, click on "Checkout". Just keep in mind that courier charges will be added on if the value of your purchase is less than Rs 100/-. If your purchase value is more than Rs 100/-, no courier charges are applicable. You will need to provide both your billing and shipping addresses separately if they are 2 different addresses, otherwise please "check" the box below "Shipping Details".

We are currently accepting only credit cards and would like to assure you that there will be total adherence to security in all your transactions on this site.

To make your payment, you will be connected to the secure Online Payment Gateway - PaySeal (ICICI Bank).

Once your payment has been successfuly completed, we will provide you with an Online Order Receipt. There is also a Printer Friendly Version for you to print out for your records.

Terms of Delivery

Please allow the following timeline for deliveries from the Durex eStore
Chennai & Suburbs: 3 to 5 days from the date of dispatch.
Other places in South India: 4 to 5 days from date of dispatch.
The rest of India: 5 to 7 days from date of dispatch.
