- This service is made available to users of this website, who are resident in India and competent to enter into a valid and enforceable contract, for purchase of products directly from TTK-LIG Limited
- A legal and binding contract between TTK-LIG Limited and the User shall come into effect on the user's credit card being charged
- All prices are in Indian Rupees unless specified otherwise and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice
- Deliveries of any/ all products purchased are restricted to parts of India where First Flight Couriers has operations and we shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in delivery due to inaccuracy of the address provided or for reasons beyond the control of TTK-LIG Limited
- TTK-LIG reserves the right to accept any order. Any/ all orders for purchase made by the users shall be for personal use and not for resale and are made as a firm commitment to purchase, after having checked the product description carefully whereby the users are obligated to complete the transaction without contesting the same in any manner whatsoever
- Each user shall be solely responsible for the credit card details provided by the user for the purchase of products on this website and user shall assume sole responsibility for transactions by credit card which is not lawfully owned by the user
- Requests for cancellation of orders placed on the website shall not be entertained
- The products purchased may be returned for a full refund in case of any defect therein and such return shall be effected within 7 days of delivery to the user. Any return after the said period shall not be entertained
Registration:
- Users may opt to register themselves with the website and in such case, users shall provide accurate and complete information as required in the registration page of the website

Intellectual Property Right:
- Eligibility: Participants in contests, forums, etc. herein must be able to demonstrate, if required by TTK-LIG, that that submissions to contests are original and do not infringe, borrow or appropriate anyone else's intellectual property. Participants represent and warrant that submissions to contests, forums, etc. are not and have not been previously published, released or distributed in any form which shall prevent in any manner use of the same by TTK-LIG as hereunder
- Each participant shall acknowledge that any submissions/ ideas posted to contests, forums, etc. on this site may be edited, removed, modified, published, transmitted, displayed and/ or used in any manner as desired by TTK-LIG and participants shall have no rights over the same. Each participant warrants that all moral rights in any uploaded materials have been waived and each participant agrees that TTK-LIG will have no obligation to keep any submissions confidential
- All submissions to contests, forums, etc. become the exclusive property of TTK-LIG, and none will be required to be acknowledged or returned. TTK-LIG shall have the right to edit, adapt, and publish any or all of the submissions without compensation to the participant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity. Upon submission to contests, forums, etc. each participant hereby assigns, conveys, and transfers to TTK-LIG all right, title, and interest in the submission. However, Participants shall indemnify TTK-LIG against any and all claims and losses arising out of or in relation to the use of submissions by TTK-LIG
- Entrant's Personal Information: Any Personal information collected from participants in the course of the contests, forums, etc. will be subject to TTK-LIG's prevailing privacy policy, and will not be disclosed except when required by law or otherwise in the sole discretion of TTK-LIG
- Infringement: No instance of infringement of intellectual property by submissions impose liability of any kind on TTK-LIG and participants indemnify TTK-LIG against all infringement actions and losses therefrom and relating thereto. Claims arising out of infringement are to be made against participants making such submissions. TTK-LIG may, solely at its discretion, remove any infringing material from the website on being provided due notice along with adequate evidence of infringement
